This is meant to be a public journal for people to vent out their day's hardships or to write about the amazingly exciting and terrific things that have happened today because no one else around cares enough to listen to your day. Or, perhaps you don't know anyone that you feel like telling about these things, but you want to tell someone all the same. I've found that venting and hearing other peoples' stories and advice is the best way to keep a clear perspective on your life and to grow from it; it's a lot healthier if you have a means of catharsis.
